I stayed in the Superior King Room for one night, and I was let down by the lack of basic amenities. The lighting was difficult to operate, leaving the room dim and uninviting, and I couldn't believe there was no lamp next to the bed. Although the location is touted as vibrant, I found Fort Kochi to be small and overly touristy, diminishing the authentic feel I expected. The breakfast was a real disappointment—box meals that felt lacking and uninspired, making it hard to start the day positively.

i almost thought the place was quaint until i discovered the electrical outlets were not in easy reach and the breakfast boxes were so sad i thought they forgot a meal. such a disappointment, especially when i didn’t even get a room upgrade as a 'special guest'. i just couldn’t leave a good review!

The room's organization was odd, lacking adequate storage, and was too dark due to having only a glass door window for light. The first floor felt uncomfortably hot, making it hard to enjoy the otherwise charming cafe space which also suffered from humidity and mosquito presence. WiFi quality was poor, further hampering the experience.

Just a reliable pick for a weekend in Kochi with definitely value for money. The staff were incredibly welcoming and made my stay feel homey. Try to enjoy the peaceful inner courtyard when you're there.
